How do I place an order?

How long can I expect to wait for my order
We make every effort to ship all orders placed before 1:00 p.m. the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day.
What happens when an item is not in stock?
We keep large amounts of inventory to ensure you can receive what you need when you need it.
In the unfortunate circumstance that an item is not in stock at the time you order, it will appear on your invoice as not shipped.
We kindly ask that you reorder this item on your next order.
Do I need a Retail Tax Number for my Salon, Shop or Spa?
By providing us with your Retail tax number, you will not be paying tax on items you buy from us that you will be selling to you customers.
Items deemed as professional items by the state are still taxed.
How do I register for education events?
You can either call our Customer Care team during business hours at 973-240-1400 or contact your sales consultant.
Be prepared to give the name and contact number for each attendee.
